In the second CD, Total Recall, we address the retention and recall of learned information. A major source of anxiety for test takers is the fear that they just won't be able to remember the huge amount of information they're studying when the pressure is on. For many tests—the Bar Exam is a notable example—the sheer volume of information can seem nearly overwhelming. My program gives you a specialized “subconscious cue” to be used when you are studying which allows you to absorb information more easily, to see issues with a greater clarity of thought, and, most of all, to retain that information more deeply.

Then, on the day of the test, you use this “subconscious cue” once again, right before the test begins, allowing you to recall, to access information at just the crucial moment. So many of my clients have told me that this technique was like having a “secret weapon” at the test—that it gave them a special advantage!

The third CD, Test Success, focuses on rebuilding and elevating self-confidence. This is extremely important. The entire test taking process can really “beat up” one’s confidence, and my program helps you reconnect to your own natural self-confidence, to embrace a healthy sense of yourself and your abilities.

The technique of positive visualization is used to develop a clear vision of yourself walking in to your test and performing in a calm, focused and highly professional manner. All of the elements of successful test performance are powerfully reinforced in this third CD—and for this reason I strongly recommend that this be the CD you use the night before the exam.

Using CDs effectively does require a commitment from you. I advise you against using them where you might get distracted, like in the car or while you’re doing something else.
