About the AODA

The AODA is taken by professionals engaged in the prevention and treatment of substance use disorders and related problems. This credentialing exam are conducted 4 times a year (March, June, September and December) and remains valid for 2 years. Re-certification can be obtained through 40 hours of continuing education. This multiple choice test comprised of 150 questions is three and a half hours. The minimum passing scaled score is 500.
