About the CCM or CM

The Construction Management Exam certifies that professionals have the high level of skills and knowledge required to effectively manage projects from inception to completion. Planning, design, and construction aspects are properly managed while controlling for time, cost and quality of the project.

The CM is a 5 hour, 200 question multiple-choice exam. The passing score varies among the test forms but a score of between 70-78% is required to pass.
