About the NCLEX-PN

The NCLEX-PN test is a computer adaptive test. This means that questions vary depending on a candidates answers. The more correct answers, the harder the questions become, until mastery is determined. Incorrect responses result in more questions until proficiency (or lack of it) is determined. There are between 85 and 205 questions and 5 hour time limit.
